Privacy notice

We only ask for what we need to serve you: your name, email, phone and, if you choose shipping, your address. We use it to deliver your order, confirm your session and reply to you. We never sell or rent your data.

Payments happen on Stripe's secure page. We never see or store your card number.

This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Your shopping bag is stored only in your browser. If you arrive through an ambassador's link, our own cookie remembers her name for 30 days so she gets her commission; it stores none of your data. If you sign in to an account (ambassadors or the dashboard), a session cookie keeps you signed in; it is needed for the site to work and is removed when you sign out. We count visits to the site anonymously, with no cookies and without storing your IP address: only how many people visit, which pages they see and which site they came from.

If you are a client, we also keep your purchase and session history, your birthday (day and month, if you share it) and notes so we can follow up with you. Anything you tell us about your health (allergies, conditions, medications) is only written down with your permission, kept apart from everything else, and never shared. When you book mentoring you give us your profile (age, occupation, sex, marital status, number of children, country, state and city, what you want to work on and how you feel); only Nati sees it, only to prepare your sessions, and we never share it. If you leave your phone in the contact form, we keep it with your message only to reply to you. We keep your data while you are a client; if you ask us to delete it, we do, and only the dates and amounts of your purchases remain, which tax law requires us to keep.

If you leave a review, we publish your stars, your comment, the name you chose and, with your permission, your photos (without location or phone data), marked «verified purchase»; we never publish your full name, phone or email. We only share your data with those who help us serve you: Stripe processes card payments, our email provider sends notices and our server stores the information. If you bought through an ambassador's link, she sees your first name with your last initial, how many items you bought and the amount, to calculate her commission; she never sees your phone, email or address.

Our products and this site are for people 18 and older; we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we change this notice, we post the new version here. Last updated: October 27, 2026.
