How to use: mix one serving into water or your favorite smoothie, once a day.

Ingredients

Vitamins: A, C, D-3, E (alpha tocopheryl), B-1 (thiamin), B-2 (riboflavin), niacin (niacinamide), B-6 (pyridoxine), folate (as folic acid), B-12 (methylcobalamin), biotin, pantothenic acid (calcium d-pantothenate) and K1.

Minerals: calcium, phosphorus (dibasic sodium phosphate), magnesium (citrate), zinc (sulfate), chromium (picolinate), copper (gluconate) and potassium (citrate).

Proprietary Multi Blend, 1,410 mg: branched chain amino acids (BCAAs: leucine, isoleucine and valine), trace minerals (ConTrace AC), glucosamine HCl, MSM, grape seed extract, Lactobacillus acidophilus (2.5 billion CFU/g), Fibersol, inulin, boron (citrate), inositol, enzyme blend (protease, amylase, lipase, cellulase), rhodiola extract, chlorella, ashwagandha root, cocoa powder, maca root, black tea (45% EGCG), Caralluma fimbriata, reishi mushroom and turmeric.

Super Food Multi Blend, 500 mg: grape, brown rice, apple, carrot, cucumber, celery, banana, onion, burdock, spinach, pear, orange peel, tomato, bean sprout, lotus rhizome, pumpkin, shiitake mushroom, ginger, lettuce, garlic, trefoil, udo, asparagus, bamboo shoots, komatsuna, mustard greens, pea sprout, cabbage, radish, strawberry, soybean, blueberry, chive, enokitake mushroom, chrysanthemum, mugwort, oriental celery, leek, white fir, broccoli, hemp protein, milk thistle (80%), alfalfa, artichoke and moringa.

Other ingredients: dextrose monohydrate, erythritol, sucralose, stevia extract, citric acid, natural flavors, malic acid and silicon dioxide.

Contains soy. May be made in a facility that also processes milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. Made in Mexico.
