Ambassador program terms

These terms explain how the NutriNath Soul ambassador program works (Nathaly Caraballo Quintero, doing business as NutriNasol, Cedar Park, Texas). By creating your account, you accept them.

1. You are an independent ambassador, not an employee of NutriNath Soul. You decide when and how to share your link, and you cover your own expenses.
2. You earn a commission on the product subtotal (excluding shipping and taxes) of every paid order that comes through your link, for the number of days set by the program after the customer opens it. If the customer later opens another ambassador's link, the sale belongs to the latest link.
3. Mentoring sessions don't earn commission. If an order is canceled or refunded, its commission is voided; if it was already paid to you, it's deducted from your next payout. Your own purchases don't earn commission.
4. NutriNath Soul pays weekly, in U.S. dollars, what you earned in closed weeks (Monday to Sunday, Texas Central Time): by Zelle if you live in the U.S., or by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer if you live in another country; the method is agreed with you. The percentage may change; a change applies only to sales paid from that day on.
5. When you recommend, always say that you earn a commission. Don't promise cures or health results: only share what the label says. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
6. You earn by selling, never by recruiting other people. Only NutriNath Soul invites new ambassadors.
7. If you live in the U.S. and are paid the amount set by law in a year, NutriNath Soul will ask for your W-9 form to issue a 1099. If you live in another country, it will ask for a W-8BEN form before your first payment. Those forms are handed over separately; they are never uploaded to this site.
8. NutriNath Soul may pause an account at any time; what you've earned is still paid. We store your name, phone, photo and message to run your shop, and we never sell them.
9. To be an ambassador you must be of legal age where you live, and never under 18. You are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes where you live, and for following your country's sales rules.
10. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A. If they change, we let you know in your dashboard and they apply from that day on; what you already earned is respected. If anything is unclear, write to Nati.
